ViDi Suite 2.0, comprehensive software library based on a state-of-the-art deep learning algorithms were awarded as inVISION Top Innovation 2017. For the third time already the machine vision journal inVISION honours especially innovative products and solutions in the field of machine vision and optical metrology. After extensive discussions an independent jury of experts has labeled ten products and solutions with the hallmark 'inVISION Top Innovation 2017'. The prizewinners convinced the jury with their technical degree of innovation and their possibilities to make machine vision easier and more successful on the global market.

20.12.2016 : competition in Silicon Valley, CA

ViDi Systems from Switzerland is the overall Grand Winner of the 2016 Robot Launch global startup competition, beating out many US contestants in a field that included sensors, artificial intelligence, social robots, service robots and industrial solutions.

Robot Launch judges said that they picked ViDi Systems for their “great early traction, impressive customers, strong team and large market potential”, noting that while ViDi Systems were clearly one of the most mature startups in The Shortlist, that they had achieved a lot in a comparatively short period.

07.11.2016 : Official launch @ VISION 2016

ViDi Systems has announced Version 2.0 of its ViDi Suite deep learning based industrial image analysis software that offers major advances in image analysis capabilities and speed. ViDi Suite’s feature recognition tool, called ViDi blue, has added the capability of identifying and locating features regardless of their size and orientation. The new version also optimizes graphics processing unit (GPU) memory handling, providing a 30% to 50% reduction in training and processing (inference) time. The first ready-to-use deep learning based software for industrial image analysis, ViDi Suite makes it easy to tackle a wide range of challenging inspection and classification problems that are beyond the capabilities of conventional image analysis tools.

Swiss company ViDi Systems is the winner of the second TÜV SÜD Innovation Award for Digitized Industries. The award was presented at the Smart Factory Innovation Forum, hosted by TÜV SÜD and munich network in Munich. The Innovation Award, which comes with EUR 6,000 in prize money, acknowledges companies that develop new, particularly promising solutions in the field of industry 4.0 which have proved fit for the market in at least one project.

Villaz-St-Pierre, Switzerland, 24.09.2015 --  ViDi Systems, a leading Swiss software firm, announced today that its ViDi Suite was recognized as “Best Machine Vision Solution” by the judges of the 2015 Game Changer Awards program.

The Game Changer Awards honor both the products and innovators pushing the robotics industry forward in critical areas and winners were announced at RoboBusiness on September 23, 2015 at an awards luncheon in San José, California.

This year's winners were selected by a panel of technology experts from the International Journal of Advanced Robotic Systems and the investment community. Judges rated products based on standout attributes, design, functionality, benefit to robotics and impact within its primary application area.
